Ich freue mich sehr, dass Linda und Russell Delman wieder einen Embodied Life\u00a0Workshop im sch\u00f6nen Ya Wali in M\u00fcnchen unterrichten werden.
\nIhr Unterricht ist gepr\u00e4gt durch ihre warmherzige Art ohne Leistungsdruck.\u00a0Linda und Russell werden Sitz, und Gehmeditation ( ZEN basierend), Feldenkrais\u00a0Bewegungslektionen und Guided Inquiry (dies beinhaltet verschieden \u00dcbungen aus dem\u00a0Focusing nach Eugene Gendlin) unterrichten.<\/p>\n

Die Unterrichtssprache ist Englisch. (Da die Beiden oft in Europa unterrichten, ist dies\u00a0auch f\u00fcr non native speaker gut verst\u00e4ndlich)<\/p>\n

Linda Evans Delman<\/strong> has been an international consultant and\u00a0educator in the fields of psychology, movement and spirituality\u00a0for over 30 years. She began her professional training with Dr.\u00a0Moshe Feldenkrais in 1980. Linda was authorized as a trainer of\u00a0Feldenkrais\u00ae practitioners, an educational director and
\norganizer of Feldenkrais\u00ae Professional Training Programs.
\nLinda became Adjunct Faculty of the Embodied LifeTM School\u00a0in 2015 and has completed the Embodied Life Mentorship\u00a0Program (ELMP). Deeply influenced by Nature, Anthroposophy,\u00a0Eurythmy, she considers her path to be a living meditation of\u00a0service.<\/p>\n

Russell Delman<\/strong> has been teaching Embodied<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Awareness since\u00a01975 and has been studying in the Zen tradition of Shunryu\u00a0Suzuki for more than 45 years.<\/p>\n

He has studied closely with: Dr.\u00a0Moshe Feldenkrais, Dr. Robert Hall and Dr. Eugene Gendlin.\u00a0Other powerful influences include Rudolf Steiner, Non-Violent\u00a0Communication and his work with Mother Teresa in India.\u00a0Russell has helped educate more than 25oo Feldenkrais\u00a0practitioners. With his wife Linda, he established \u201cSophia\u2019s Sanctuary\u201d, a retreat\u00a0center in northern California.<\/p>\n
